The challenge

Vega had been trusted for years, but younger users saw it as 'their parents' bank'. The brand had to modernise without losing its warmth.

Our approach

A brand audit mapped the perception gaps, then we built a new strategic frame that positioned the brand as the 'approachable expert'.

We rewrote the visual identity with a soft-cornered logo system, a warm palette and a plain-spoken tone of voice.
