Koton already had a strong digital footprint, yet the mobile experience didn't carry the lively brand feeling of the store. Users found products easily, but the moments of discovery and inspiration fell flat.
The goal was a discovery-led, personalised and fast mobile experience that wouldn't sacrifice sales.
We started with field research alongside real users and redesigned the four core journeys. Then we built a motion-led interface language that carried the brand's energy.
A personalised home, editorial modules that reward scrolling and a one-tap cart flow reshaped the experience from end to end.


When the new app launched, session times rose noticeably, conversion improved, and the app-store rating reached its highest point ever.
